Digitex acquires TOPS Imaging

We are pleased to announce that Digitex Canada Inc. has acquired TOPS Imaging based in Kelowna and Kamloops, British Columbia effective December 2, 2019.

TOPS is an independent office equipment dealer within interior BC primarily representing Konica Minolta and Toshiba office products. The company is well known for their high level of customer service and reliability therefore it was important the five (5) current employees will stay on with the acquisition.

Brian Fair, TOPS President & CEO, will be staying on for a period of time to ensure a seamless transition of the business. Please note, he continues to own TOPS Telecommunications and will run the Telecom, VOIP and Surveillance systems division independently on a going forward basis.
