Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement strategies to market office equipment and services to new and existing customers
  • Maintain a large base of qualified prospects through phone call and personal visit
  • Extreme hunter mentality developing clients on a B2B approach
  • Deliver professional Digitex proposals to clients that provide industry-leading solutions

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • B. Comm, BA, or BS degree
  • Resides in the Regina, SK. area
  • Excellent work ethic and exudes Professionalism
  • Self-starter and can work independently
  • Active listening skills and probing abilities to effectively qualify customer needs and define their requirements
  • Ability to respond promptly to needs and concerns of all customers and prospects
  • Ability to source and contact decision makers to arrange meetings to sell and promote document solutions equipment and services
  • Planning, organizational and scheduling skills to ensure the achievement of revenue goals in a time-efficient manner
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • PC Skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and quick learner of web applications
  • Prior selling experience preferred – 2 years minimum

Job Post #2: Field Service Technician

Job Location:Lloydminster (AB)

Overview

Digitex Canada Inc.is a provider of office equipment, software solutions and exceptional service throughout the Alberta area. We are one of Canada’s largest independent dealerships featuring the Sharp, Canon, Toshiba, HP and Lexmark product lines. Our rapidly expanding business has created a need for a Field Service Technician based in the Lloydminster/Cold Lake, AB area. Qualified candidates would require basic computer networking knowledge. Prior electronics and IT training would be definite assets! Canon and Sharp certifications would also be great assets, but not required. Candidates must also possess excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. An above average mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities are a must. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. This is your opportunity to earn an excellent income, which will reflect years of experience and qualifications, while working in a fast paced ever changing industry with ongoing learning and training.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service calls in a logical order to minimize travel time with priority given to machines that are inoperable.
  • Manage and adjust car stock as required maintaining an accurate inventory.
  • If applicable, maintain company vehicle – ensure it is compliant with safe driving practices.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Provide friendly and courteous customer service.
  • Follow the down machine policy when a machine cannot be repaired.
  • Assist with field training of junior technicians if applicable.
  • Work with the rest of the team to continually look for better methods to service the equipment and reduce costs.
  • Assist fellow technicians when required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or Vocational Certificate.
  • 1-2 years copier industry experience.
  • Computer literate with basic MS Office proficiency.
  • Customer service focus
  • Team player
